We will establish 4,000 new crop-specific Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), providing each FPO financial assistance of up to Rs 18 lakh.
We will continue providing solar pumps to farmers under PM-KUSUM, and to raise farmers' income we will make proper arrangements for selling surplus solar electricity.
We will arrange free travel in public transport for women above 60 years of age.
Under the Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Anudan Yojana, we will provide financial assistance of up to Rs 1 lakh for the marriage of daughters of poor families.
We will increase the financial assistance under the Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana from Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000.
Over the next 5 years, with Rs 1,000 crore under the Nand Baba Milk Mission, we will keep the state the leader in milk production, forming village milk cooperative societies so producers can sell their milk at a fair price within their village.
Over the next 5 years we will further strengthen government procurement of wheat and paddy at the Minimum Support Price (MSP).
We will renovate and modernise sugar mills under a Rs 5,000 crore Sugar Mill Renovation Mission, and set up new cooperative sugar mills in the state as per local demand.
We will create a Rs 1,000 crore Bhamashah Bhav Antar Kosh (price-difference fund) to guarantee a minimum price to farmers for all crops such as potato, tomato and onion.
We will create the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Agri-Infra Mission at a cost of Rs 25,000 crore to build sorting and grading units, cold-chain chains, warehouses and processing centres across the state.
We will launch the Mukhyamantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana at a cost of Rs 5,000 crore, under which we will provide grants to all small and marginal farmers for constructing borewells, tubewells, ponds and tanks.
Over the next 5 years, we will provide free electricity for irrigation to all farmers.
