Switch between ruling party and alliance views to understand the political context, or choose the promise score view to explore manifesto tracking alongside government information.

Select a state or region on the map to open its details. Where coverage is available, the panel shows the recorded governing party, alliance, election context and tracked promise performance. Follow the election link to explore the relevant manifesto promises and their supporting evidence. These connections help you move from a national overview to the commitments made in a particular election.

Government information and manifesto coverage are separate. Where manifesto tracking is pending, party and alliance colours still show the government; selecting the region displays an update notice, source links and the date checked. The promise score view leaves these regions unscored. Five centrally administered UTs have a separate colour. Alliance colours group national affiliations; regional coalition names appear in the details. Colours are a navigation aid, not an endorsement of any party or alliance.
