Partly delivered. Uttar Pradesh has run large recruitment drives — for police, teachers and subordinate services — and set targets of over a lakh appointments a year. However, substantial vacancies remain across departments and several recruitments have faced delays, litigation or exam-integrity issues, so 'all vacancies filled quickly' is not achieved. Marked partial.
We have provided over 3 crore jobs or employment opportunities in the last 5 years; over the next 5 years we will provide at least one job or employment opportunity in every family.
We will launch the Vishwakarma Technical Upgradation Programme at a cost of Rs 2,500 crore, establishing one ITI in every block for the vocational training of youth.
We will double the number of women in all government jobs, including the Public Service Commission (UPPSC).
