Partly delivered. The Noida/Greater Noida Film City project has moved forward through YEIDA and investor/developer processes, and official investment material continues to describe the project. However, available evidence shows the project is still under development rather than completed. Marked partial.
We will establish Lata Mangeshkar Performing Arts Academy, focusing on popularising folk dance, music and theatre of the state and encouraging artists associated with them.
We will provide cash incentive up to ₹2 crore, electricity subsidy and tax subsidy to promote Hindi, Bhojpuri, Awadhi and Braj language films shot in the state.
We will establish Sant Kabir Das Bhojpuri Academy, through which we will encourage people across the country to learn this rich language.
