We will be giving loans for developing homestays.
For tourism and economy, we're starting FOFO trains - Follow Foothills Trains. This programme will be implemented with support from GoI.
We will open Manipur Skill University for skill development of the youth of Manipur.
Free accidental insurance will be provided worth Rs.5 lakh to all fishermen in Manipur.
Financial support to farmers under PM KISAN will be increased from Rs.6,000 to Rs.8,000. Extra Rs.2,000 will be paid by the Manipur BJP Govt.
We're going to increase the monthly pension of senior citizens from Rs.200 to Rs.1,000.
We will also provide interest-free loans to MSMEs for technology upgradation, capital requirements and to enable better market access.

We will open an AIIMS in Manipur to ensure people don't need to go to Guwahati or Kolkata for treatment.
Our BJP Govt of Manipur will provide Scholarship to the children of small, marginal and landless farmers pursuing technical education at the graduate and post-graduate level.
Girls from economically weaker sections (EWS) and backward sections will get an incentive of Rs 25,000 for their education and development. This will be their gateway to higher education.
We'll also provide free laptops to all meritorious students passing Class XII.
We're also going to provide free scootys to all college-going meritorious girls in Manipur.
