Gujarat issued its Viksit Gujarat Data Center Policy 2026–29 on 7 August 2026. A government expression of interest also sought prospective operators for cable landing stations in Gujarat. These establish the policy component and active procurement outreach, but a government data-centre policy is not proof that global provider parks are operating or a first submarine cable has landed. Those delivery components remain unverified.
