Official Startup Goa material says Goa Broadband Network has 414 Points of Presence, connectivity extends to over 1,500 government and educational institutions, free Wi-Fi in public spaces is being provided at 150 identified locations with 30 Mbps bandwidth, and Goa's workation/digital nomad ecosystem includes over 130 public Wi-Fi hotspots. This confirms substantial progress on public Wi-Fi hotspots, but does not prove full internet connectivity coverage for all of Goa. Status on_track.
