E-commerce assistance centres for traditional and small traders

The Government of Goa created the Swayampurna Goa e-Bazaar, a digital e-commerce platform for local artisans, women and self-help groups. The 2024 Governor's Address records meetings with more than 500 women, packaging and branding training, and onboarding of 58 vendors. This constitutes meaningful e-commerce transition assistance for part of the intended beneficiary population.
