Establish a 24x7 anti-corruption helpline under the CMO

Bharatiya Janata Party · Goa Legislative Assembly Election 2022

Last updated 23 Jun 2026

Taking inspiration from PM Shri Narendra Modi's vision of 'Bhrashtachar Mukt Bharat', we will remain committed towards zero tolerance on cor-ruption and to that effect we will set up a '24x7 anti-corruption helpline' directly under the CMO to help citizens report instances of corruption.

Partial. The trackable commitment is establishment of a round-the-clock channel under the Chief Minister's administration through which citizens can report corruption. The broader statement of zero tolerance is an objective and is not inserted separately. Goa's official Chief Minister's Helpline now consists of a website, mobile application and 24x7 AI-powered telephone helpline number 1905. It enables citizens to submit, track and seek resolution of grievances relating to public services and governance. This delivers the round-the-clock, CM-branded reporting mechanism in part. However, the official platform terms do not identify it as a dedicated anti-corruption helpline, confirm direct operational control by the CMO, provide a corruption-specific complaint category or establish automatic routing to the Directorate of Vigilance or the Anti-Corruption Branch. No approved source found confirms a separately notified 24x7 anti-corruption helpline satisfying those requirements. Status partial.
