“We will establish safe and secure camping sites across Goa for youth and families to travel and explore their state and be in touch with nature.”
Partial. The promise requires a geographically distributed network of safe camping locations suitable for youth and families. An official January 2026 hinterland-tourism project report records development of a trekking corridor, nature trails and camping area at Collem. It reports completion of a toilet block, changing room, paved parking and parking-related work, while some surrounding-premises work remained in progress. These facilities constitute concrete delivery at one location and provide basic safety and sanitation support. However, no approved source confirms multiple newly established camping sites across Goa, statewide safety standards, organised family and youth camping services or broad geographic coverage. Status partial.
The Government reported completion of basic camping-area amenities at Collem, including toilets, changing facilities and parking works.

To ensure the proper disposal of bio-medical waste produced in the state, we will enhance the capabilities of existing Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Plants, to ensure it is prepared to meet future demands.
To create a value chain for garbage, provide employment to local youth and also solve Goa's garbage pile-up issue, we will introduce the Goa Mu-nicipal Waste Management and Disposal Policy on the lines of sustain-able development goals.
