Pending. The commitment requires two permanent Job Cafes, one in each district, containing employment services, dedicated co-working spaces and new-age digital infrastructure. Goa already operated a Regional Employment Exchange and Model Career Centre before the election. In October 2021 these institutions organised Swayampurna Yuva employment events in Mapusa and Ponda, involving employers, vacancies and career guidance. Those temporary employment fairs pre-date the election and are not equivalent to permanent Job Cafes. General private co-working facilities, startup spaces, employment fairs or digital-nomad initiatives also do not satisfy the promised district-level public employment infrastructure. No approved source found confirms establishment or operation of a Job Cafe in either district. Status pending.
