On track, but not fulfilled. The promise is evaluated by substance, not exact scheme name. It promises a technology mission to make Goa a model tech hub and boost new-age technology businesses. Department of IT draft Goa AI Policy 2026 says it is framed in alignment with Goa AI Mission 2027, approved by the State Cabinet, and aims to establish Goa as an innovation-driven AI hub with citizen-first AI applications, skilling, startups and infrastructure. Startup Goa material also records Goa AI Mission 2027 activity and DITE&C collaboration for multilingual AI solutions. This confirms new-age technology mission activity, but approved sources do not prove the full promised model tech-hub outcome. Status on_track.
