Establish an insect museum in Goa

The promise requires an insect museum or an equivalent permanent interpretive facility containing curated insect specimens, scientific collections, exhibition galleries or structured museum displays. The post-election Butterfly Garden at Salaulim includes educational signs concerning butterfly species, life cycles, habitats and conservation, but a living butterfly habitat and signage are not equivalent to an insect museum. No approved source found confirms project sanction, a museum collection, dedicated premises, curatorial staff, exhibition development, construction or operation of a state insect museum. Temporary exhibitions and private collections are not counted as implementation. Status pending.
