Goa Industrial Policy 2022 says departments may consider implementing deemed approvals and approvals based on self-declaration, and IPB may recommend such measures. However, no approved Goa government notification, rule, portal workflow, circular or Gazette source was found confirming automatic deemed approval after 30 days for new MSME entrepreneurs for government permissions.
