30 सितंबर 2026 की समीक्षा। स्थिति पूर्ण की गई। नीति फॉर स्टेट्स पर उपलब्ध उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की अटल आवासीय विद्यालय प्रस्तुति सभी 18 मंडलों में विद्यालय स्थापित होने, 23 सितंबर 2023 को उद्घाटन और बाद के शैक्षणिक वर्षों में प्रवेश की पुष्टि करती है। महोबा जिले की जनवरी 2026 की सूचना 2026-27 की प्रवेश प्रक्रिया जारी होने की पुष्टि करती है। इससे मंडलवार कवरेज पर पहले की अनिश्चितता दूर होती है। यह स्थिति श्रमिकों के बच्चों के लिए वादा किए गए आवासीय विद्यालय नेटवर्क की स्थापना को दर्शाती है; इसका अर्थ हर पात्र बच्चे को प्रवेश मिल जाना नहीं है। पिछली समीक्षा (2026-06-10): आंशिक रूप से पूरा हुआ। उत्तर प्रदेश में पंजीकृत श्रमिकों और अन्य पात्र समूहों के बच्चों के लिए अटल आवासीय विद्यालय शुरू किए गए हैं और अधिकांश संभागों में संचालन/प्रवेश से संबंधित सार्वजनिक रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध हैं। लेकिन समीक्षा के समय प्रत्येक संभाग में पूर्ण निर्माण की स्पष्ट पुष्टि नहीं मिली। स्थिति: आंशिक।

The Uttar Pradesh government's Atal Awasiya Vidyalaya presentation, hosted by NITI for States, confirms schools established in all 18 divisions and inaugurated on 23 September 2023, with admissions in subsequent academic years. Mahoba district's January 2026 notice confirms the 2026-27 admission process continues. This resolves the earlier uncertainty about divisional coverage. The rating covers establishment of the promised residential-school network for workers' children; it does not imply every eligible child has secured a place.

Previous review: Partly delivered. Atal Residential Schools have been launched in Uttar Pradesh for children of registered workers and other eligible groups, and official/public records show operational rollout across most divisions. However, because available public evidence did not cleanly confirm completion in every division at the time of review, marked partial.
