The manifesto promised a Gavri Devi Art Centre that would provide Rajasthan folk singers and musicians with a platform to present their work. The 2025-26 Budget named a Gavri Devi Kala Kendra in Bikaner, which directly matches the promised institution and beneficiary purpose. However, the budget announcement alone does not prove establishment, and no approved administrative sanction, construction progress, staffing, programme calendar or operational-centre evidence was found.
