NHM Uttarakhand's Free Diagnostics Scheme states that 208 pathological tests are being conducted free of cost up to PHC level in PPP mode, with the service provider responsible for laboratory testing at DH, SDH, CHC and PHC on a 24x7x365 basis. PIB also confirms Uttarakhand is among states providing free laboratory services through PPP or hybrid mode. This substantively delivers the diagnostic-network objective even if the public scheme name differs from the manifesto. Budget status: free diagnostics under NHM/PPP is operational and budgeted.
