Routine immunisation is active in Uttarakhand, and the national UIP/U-WIN framework provides age-appropriate vaccines free of cost to pregnant women and children. Rotavirus, Hepatitis B and Pneumococcal vaccination are part of routine immunisation coverage, but I did not verify free universal Meningococcal vaccination for newborns under the government schedule. This is partial because three named vaccine commitments are covered but the fourth remains unverified. Budget status: UIP funding exists.
