The national Bridge Programme in Community Health for nurses and Ayurveda practitioners is an approved route for mid-level health providers, and CAG notes that Uttarakhand's SHC-HWC team can include a trained and certified Ayurveda practitioner or nurse as CHO/MLHP. However, I did not verify a Uttarakhand-specific post-2022 certification drive focused on all 10 hill districts. This is partial because the enabling framework exists but the manifesto's hill-district rollout is not proven. Budget status: HWC/CHO programme funding exists, no Uttarakhand hill-district bridge-course allocation isolated.
