The Uttarakhand Witness Protection Scheme, 2025 was approved/published, and victim-compensation schemes exist separately. The witness-protection component is clearly delivered; victim-assistance coverage is also supported through existing compensation frameworks. Budget: Witness protection/victim compensation funding mechanisms exist; specific utilisation not isolated.
