Ex-gratia and dependent-assistance frameworks exist for martyrs, but I did not verify a complete rehabilitation package covering all police families and permanent-disability cases as promised. Existing compensation/assistance supports part of the objective, but complete rehabilitation coverage is not proved. Budget: Ex-gratia/dependent assistance exists; no comprehensive police-family rehabilitation allocation isolated.
