Weekly-off experiments for police personnel in hill districts existed before the manifesto, but I did not verify a two-day mandatory quarterly holiday for all police personnel under Matru-Pitru Vandana Yojana. Some rest/leave reform exists, but the exact all-personnel quarterly holiday scheme is not verified. Budget: Administrative leave reform; no budget allocation found.
