Uttarakhand PAC has existing battalions in Rudrapur/Haridwar, but I did not verify three new armed police battalions added after 2022 in Udham Singh Nagar and Haridwar. Existing PAC battalions are not evidence of three new battalions being raised after the manifesto promise. Budget: No recruitment, establishment or battalion infrastructure allocation found.
BJP manifesto promised: We will add three new Armed Police Battalions in Udham Singh Nagar and Haridwar to bolster the law enforcement system and better control attempts at organized violence.
