Police/martyr welfare exists, but I did not verify an interest-free Rs 2 lakh coaching-loan scheme for wards of police martyrs. General martyr welfare is not the same as this targeted education-loan benefit. Budget: No Rs 2 lakh interest-free coaching-loan allocation found.
