Fast Track Special Courts exist nationally for rape/POCSO cases, but I found no Uttarakhand special fast-track courts specifically for Triple Talaq ban enforcement. Existing FTSCs for sexual offences do not satisfy a Triple Talaq-specific court promise. Budget: No Triple Talaq special-court allocation found.
