Our Assessment

De-addiction infrastructure exists in Uttarakhand, and legal-service material called for rehabilitation centres in every district, but reporting cited only 7 centres and not one per all 13 districts. Some treatment/rehab capacity exists, but district saturation is not met. Budget: Drug demand reduction support exists; no 13-district centre allocation verified.
