Our Assessment
I found urban water/sewerage projects and STPs, but no verified completion of potable-water treatment plants in all three named cities after 2022. Sewage treatment and general water projects do not prove the promised three-city potable WTP construction. Budget: No three-city WTP allocation isolated.
