Community-led spring revival work exists in Uttarakhand, but I did not verify a new statewide government programme covering springs, ponds and chaal-khal after 2022. The objective is partially served by spring-revival activity, but the promised state programme is not fully evidenced. Budget: No statewide programme allocation isolated.
