Our Assessment
SBM-G provides solid and liquid waste-management support for rural Uttarakhand and the national dashboard shows extensive ODF Plus/SWM/LWM activity, but every-village robust waste systems are not verified. The SBM-G mechanism directly matches the intent, but universal robust village-level coverage is not proven. Budget: SBM-G waste-management funding exists; no Uttarakhand every-village allocation isolated.
