Our Assessment
A Dehradun-Delhi Vande Bharat Express was flagged off in May 2023, meeting the faster premium-train objective, but I did not verify an actual Tejas Express inauguration on this route. Scheme/train name differs and the faster rail intent is partly delivered, but the promised Tejas Express itself is not verified.
