The Urban Development Department and SBM dashboard show solid-waste initiatives, MRFs, dump-site remediation and approved DPRs covering several named ULBs, but not fully completed plants in every named city/cluster. The urban waste-management objective is substantially underway, but the exact named-city plant network is not fully verified as completed. Budget: SBM 2.0 DPRs/remediation funds exist; no full named-city plant budget isolated.
