Our Assessment
I found smart-city and ICCC activity, but no verified statewide programme converting all existing street lights into camera/sensor-enabled smart lights. LED or ordinary street-light upgrades do not satisfy the promised smart-light conversion with cameras, photocells and sensors. Budget: No statewide smart-light conversion allocation found.
