Rudrapur ring-road/realignment work linked to NH-87/NH-109 is advanced, but I did not verify completion of the full 93 km Rudrapur-Kathgodam four-laning promise. Important sub-project progress exists, but not the complete promised corridor scale. Budget: ₹1,100 crore budget is associated with the Rudrapur ring-road/four-lane activity; full corridor spend not isolated.
