Our Assessment
Uttarakhand ropeway development is being pursued through UKMRC/NHLML and later reporting refers to Uttarakhand Ropeway Development Ltd., but a fully operational state ropeway corporation with route-delivery mandate is not cleanly verified. The institutional objective is partly met through ropeway implementation structures, but the promised corporation itself is not fully evidenced as the main delivery vehicle. Budget: No corporation-specific operating budget isolated; route-level ropeway budgets are available separately.
