Uttarakhand ropeway development is being pursued through UKMRC/NHLML and later reporting refers to Uttarakhand Ropeway Development Ltd., but a fully operational state ropeway corporation with route-delivery mandate is not cleanly verified. The institutional objective is partly met through ropeway implementation structures, but the promised corporation itself is not fully evidenced as the main delivery vehicle.
