I did not find approved evidence of two state-run Rani Karnavati Schools in Kumaon and Garhwal for girls’ free schooling and police/paramilitary/NDA/CDS preparation. Private defence academies and general women/education schemes do not satisfy the promised state schools with free schooling and defence recruitment training. Budget: No school-establishment or operating allocation found.
