“Provide financial aid to the female heads of poor households.”
The promise was broad financial aid to female heads of poor households. No approved-source universal or household-head scheme matching that coverage was found. The closest verified delivery is the Chief Minister Single Women Self-Employment Scheme: NewsonAir reported cabinet approval in March 2025 for up to Rs 2 lakh support to unmarried, divorced, destitute and disabled single women, with 75 percent as grant and an initial target of at least 2,000 beneficiaries; Times of India reported the 2026 launch and DBT of Rs 3.45 crore to 484 women in the first phase, plus planned support to 540 more. This is real financial aid to a vulnerable subset, but it is not the promised broad aid to female heads of poor households. Budget: assistance and DBT are verified, but no clean budget allocation line for the broader manifesto promise was found.
