Our Assessment
Women SHGs are active in food processing and food/canteen-style livelihood activity, including official/local reporting of SHG-run canteen activity, but I did not verify a state-branded Gaura Devi Canteen network. The SHG food-enterprise intent is partly visible, but the promised named canteen programme is not established in verified sources. Budget: SHG livelihood funding exists; no Gaura Devi Canteen budget isolated.
