The Delhi-Dehradun Economic Corridor was inaugurated on 14 April 2026 and is intended to reduce Delhi-Dehradun travel time to around 2.5 hours. The core objective of superfast Delhi NCR-Dehradun road connectivity has been delivered, although later road-surface issues should be tracked separately as quality/maintenance evidence. Budget: Project cost reported at over ₹12,000 crore for the 213 km corridor.
