The Dehradun-Mussoorie ropeway is under construction and was reported for expected operation in September 2026, but it was not operational at the time of this seed. Construction/procurement progress is real, but the project is not completed yet. Budget: Manifesto listed ₹285.2 crore; later project costs are reported much higher in public updates.
We will stimulate local economic development and enhance basic services in Rural Uttarakhand through the expansion of the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Cluster Program from the current 6 clusters to a total of 10 clusters.
We will create a Panchayat Level Infrastructure Development Program and give ₹ 1 Crore over 5 years for infrastructure spending as deemed necessary by the panchayats.
Establish robust waste disposal systems in every village in association with the Swachh Bharat Mission.
