Panchayat/RGSA funding supports Gram Panchayat Bhawans, computers and institutional strengthening, but I did not verify well-equipped community and recreation centres in every Gram Panchayat. Basic panchayat infrastructure support is relevant, but the promised every-GP community/recreation centre network is not delivered at scale. Budget: RGSA and panchayat allocations exist; no every-GP recreation-centre allocation isolated.
