Uttarakhand Ayurved University and Rishikul campus are operational institutions, and a 2026 Sansad reply records college-wise release of grants to the State Government of Uttarakhand including Rishikul Government PG Ayurvedic College and Hospital. However, I did not verify a complete upgrade package for both Harrawala and Rishikul as promised. This is partial because funding/support exists, but the upgrade outcome is not fully evidenced. Budget status: grants to the state including Rishikul are verified.
