2,000 integrated model agriculture villages

The promise was to establish 2,000 Integrated Model Agriculture villages. The Ekikrit Adarsh Krishi Gram Yojana / Integrated Model Agricultural Village scheme was launched in 2020 in partnership with NABARD, and a Government of India Section 7 notifications list records Uttarakhand coverage for Ekikrit Adarsh Krishi Gram Yojana on 25 November 2022. This shows the model-village scheme existed and continued in the relevant period. However, I did not find approved-source evidence that 2,000 such villages were established after the 2022 manifesto. Budget status: scheme existence is verified, but no 2,000-village allocation or completion figure found.
