Self-sufficient dairy and poultry production

The promise is an outcome promise: make Uttarakhand self-sufficient in dairy and poultry products. Poultry Policy 2025 explicitly targets self-sufficiency in egg production and broiler-chick production, while UCDF/Aanchal and UKCDP show dairy-sector strengthening across all 13 districts with end-to-end value-chain support. I did not find approved-source evidence that the self-sufficiency outcome has already been achieved, so this is on track rather than fulfilled. Budget status: poultry policy incentives and dairy-sector project support are verified.
