The Tea Development Board is based in Almora and describes training and quality-control work, and PIB reported approval for Centres of Excellence for superfoods including honey. But I did not verify a dedicated Tea Quality Testing Facility Centre in Almora plus three well-equipped organic honey testing labs in Tehri, Chamoli and Rudraprayag. Budget status: related quality and honey-sector support exists, no lab-specific allocation found.
