This partially delivers the support objective. I kept it partial rather than fulfilled because the official page primarily verifies access through Farm Machinery Banks and Custom Hiring Centres and does not show a post-2022 beneficiary or subsidy-disbursement table for purchase of implements by small and marginal farmers. Budget status: SMAM cost-sharing is verified, but purchase-subsidy delivery figures were not found.
