“Deploy one Mobile Hospital in every district of Uttarakhand with a doctor, trained nurse, lab technician, x-ray machine, ECG and blood test machine.”
The promise was one equipped mobile hospital in every district. NHM Uttarakhand lists Mobile Medical Units as a programme division, and national NHM MMU guidelines support the model with a medical officer, nurse, lab technician and diagnostics including X-ray and ECG in appropriate configurations. However, I did not find approved-source evidence that Uttarakhand deployed one such fully equipped unit in all 13 districts after the manifesto. This is partial because the MMU framework and state programme exist, but district-wise universal deployment and equipment compliance remain unverified. Budget status: NHM supports MMUs generally, but no Uttarakhand one-per-district promise-specific allocation was found.
NHM Uttarakhand site continued to list Mobile Medical Units as a programme division, but without district-wise proof of one fully equipped unit per district.
