Uttarakhand has an Agriculture Produce Marketing Board, e-Mandi services, market-rate help, and a statutory mandate covering market development, agricultural processing and export promotion. This partly serves the farmer-market objective. However, I did not find approved-source evidence of a post-2022 Kisano ki Mandi mission or Kisan Bazaars in every block with the promised facility package. Budget status: no mission-specific allocation found.
