Farmer mobile app for farm facilities

The promise was for a mobile application giving farmers technical support and locations of mandis, cold storages, veterinary hospitals and agricultural labs. PIB confirms that the central Kisan Suvidha mobile app already provided market prices, cold storages and godowns, veterinary centres and diagnostic labs before the manifesto. This partially serves the farmer-information objective, but it was a pre-existing central app and I did not find approved-source evidence that Uttarakhand launched its own promised app after 2022. Budget status: no Uttarakhand app-specific allocation found.
