“All movable and immovable properties of convicted drug peddlers including houses and vehicles will be seized and used to fund drug rehabilitation facilities.”
The promise was a specific seizure-and-repurposing mechanism: movable and immovable properties of convicted drug peddlers would be seized and used to fund drug rehabilitation facilities. General NDPS enforcement and anti-drug drives are visible, but I did not find approved-source evidence of a Uttarakhand mechanism that seizes convicted peddlers' houses/vehicles and channels proceeds to rehabilitation facilities. The verdict is pending. Budget status: no seizure-linked rehabilitation fund or allocation found.
BJP manifesto promised seizure of convicted drug peddlers' movable and immovable property and use of those assets to fund drug rehabilitation facilities.
