Dehradun airport agri-cargo terminal

The promise was to set up a cargo terminal at Dehradun Airport with integrated cold-chain and warehousing facilities for farm, horticulture and floriculture exports. Uttarakhand Export Policy 2021 identified cargo, cold-chain and warehousing needs for agri exports, and the 2025 logistics policy provides for upgrading the existing cargo setup at Jolly Grant airport and developing a cargo terminal at Pantnagar with cold-chain and warehousing. This supports the logistics objective, but I did not find approved-source evidence that the promised Dehradun Airport terminal has been completed and made operational with integrated cold-chain and warehousing. Budget status: no Dehradun-terminal-specific allocation found.
